Estate Reserve “Prinicpal’s Choice”

Aromas are perfumey black raspberry, with hints of applewood bacon, coriander and plum tart. On the palate, the flavors are big, silky smooth raspberry and chocolate, with a hint of, cherry jam and a red licorice. This is a rich and vibrant Pinot: Definitely more like a cello than a violin. The barrel tannins are evident, the acidity is perfect and the structure is all there: a very balanced wine.
