Vinotempo Professional Wine Services presents: Wine Education Classes at Vinocruz!

Level 1 – Intro to Wine – Saturday, November 17th from 1pm-3:30pm

Join us as Sommelier Ronaldo Goularte leads an exciting 2.5 hour lecture introducing the fundamentals of wine, viticulture, viniculture and tasting.

Learn wine appreciation basics in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. A selection of six wines will be sampled and evaluated.  Wines presented in class will be available for sale at Vinocruz.

Beginning with the physical basics of wine, the class will progress through important elements of viticulture and winemaking.  Exploring wine varietals, the class moves on to sensory perception, where participants will analyze six different wines and be able to discern elements of composition by exercising sight, nose and palate.

This Level 1 class provides a significant foundation of knowledge and understanding of wine. All materials will be provided.

Cost: $55 per person.  Seating limited to 20 people.
